As part of a cross-functional manufacturing and engineering team, you will contribute to the testing and validation of high-performance electronic sub-assemblies that are critical to the operation of the system. Job Details

Job Details:
  • Perform functional tests on complex electronic and electromechanical sub-assemblies, including printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs).

  • Identify and diagnose component- or system-level issues and work with relevant team members to resolve them.

  • Accurately document test results and escalate issues to technical leads as needed.

  • Collaborate with teams across manufacturing, test engineering, and quality assurance to improve test processes and ensure product reliability.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with established safety and quality standards.

  • Participate in ongoing process improvements to increase testing efficiency and accuracy.

  • Manage inventory tracking and shipping requests following the completion of testing processes.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in electronics, engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing, test, or quality assurance environment.

  • Working knowledge of electronic circuits and basic circuit theory.

  • Experience with diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques for electronics.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving technical environment.

  • Proficiency with standard software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, ERP systems).

Working Conditions:
  • Work is performed in a production environment with moderate noise levels and exposure to mechanical and electronic components.
  • Position requires standing, walking, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • May include occasional overtime or weekend shifts based on production demand.
