As the global Adobe Marketo champion, the Marketing Automation & Analytics Manager plays a pivotal role in designing predictive, data-led customer journeys. Job Details

Marketing Automation (Primary Focus):
  • Administer Adobe Marketo: user governance, data hygiene, documentation.
  • Design and launch lifecycle journeys, nurture streams, and personalized campaigns.
  • Ensure seamless integration with CRM, e-commerce, and data platforms.
  • Build and refine attribution models; manage UTM taxonomy and tagging.
  • Implement AI features (e.g., send-time optimization, anomaly detection).
  • Maintain compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM regulations.

Digital Advertising Management:
  • Plan and optimize global paid search and social campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.).
  • Define bidding strategies, build audiences, and test creatives and landing pages.
  • Monitor KPIs (CPL, CTR, ROAS) and deliver actionable insights.

Performance Analytics & Reporting:
  • Develop dashboards to visualize funnel metrics and campaign performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to guide optimization.
  • Present insights clearly to stakeholders.

Budget Management:
  • Own and manage the global digital advertising and automation budget.
  • Monitor pacing, forecast expenditures, and reallocate spend for ROI.
  • Provide monthly budget reports and scenario projections.

Agile Marketing Operations:
  • Lead agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, documentation, and shared learning.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of hands-on Adobe Marketo experience (Marketo Certified Expert preferred).
  • Proficiency in Power BI (or similar), GA4, Excel/Sheets.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization.
  • Familiarity with agile marketing workflows.
  • Professional English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
