Job Details
We are seeking a driven Marketing/Business Development Manager with a strong background in the IVF/Fertility sector within the Medical industry. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in IVF/Fertility to drive business growth and market penetration.
What you'll bring? A proven track record in strategic planning, marketing, and business development, with a deep understanding of the IVF/Fertility sector.
This role will require a blend of business acumen, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement robust business development strategies to drive growth and profitability in the IVF/Fertility sector.
2. Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and engage potential clients to expand the company’s market share.
3. Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and awareness in the IVF/Fertility market.
4. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including medical professionals, healthcare providers, and potential clients in the IVF/Fertility sector.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures.
6. Monitor and analyze industry trends and market dynamics to ensure the company’s competitiveness in the IVF/Fertility sector.
7. Coordinate with the sales team to align business development strategies and marketing campaigns.
8. Prepare detailed reports on business development activities, sales results, and market conditions.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. A Master's degree is an added advantage.
2. Ideally a Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development and marketing within the IVF/Fertility sector.
3. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business development strategies and marketing campaigns.
4. In-depth knowledge of the IVF/Fertility sector, including market trends, industry dynamics, and regulatory environment.
5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
6. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make informed business decisions.
7. Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to handle multiple projects concurrently.
9. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on achieving results.
10. Willingness to travel as required to engage with clients and industry partners.
