We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Business Partner - Brand & Creative to join our team in the construction industry. This is a permanent role that offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a vibrant and forward-thinking team. As a Marketing Business Partner, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention. You will be working closely with multiple entities and managing an annual operating budget. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, market research, and analyzing trends.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
2. Manage SEO, SEM, and CRM Maintenance to optimize online presence and customer relationship management.
3. Collaborate with a digital agency to create and manage campaigns across various digital platforms.
4. Prepare and manage the annual operating budget, ensuring all marketing activities are cost-effective and deliver a high return on investment.
5. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities and understand current market trends.
6. Manage paid media, advertising, and paid social strategies to reach a wider audience and drive customer engagement.
7. Implement customer retention strategies to increase customer loyalty and repeat business.
8. Regularly analyze marketing performance and trends, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
9. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing strategy.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Proven experience in SEO, SEM, CRM Maintenance, and managing multiple entities.
3. Demonstrated experience in managing campaigns, working with a digital agency, and handling annual operating budgets.
4. Strong knowledge of market research, paid media, advertising, and paid social.
5. Proven track record in lead generation and customer retention.
6. Ability to analyze and interpret marketing trends and digital media performance.
7. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
8. Strong problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to overcoming challenges.
9. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
