What you can expect as a Marketing Coordinator:
Key Tasks:
● Work with the CMO to execute annual/quarterly marketing plans
● Drive leads to support recruitment of new loan officers through a range of direct and digital marketing tactics including emails, webinars, content,
postcards, ad campaigns, and more.
● Build and execute automated lead funnels via Hubspot (CRM platform)
● Partner with business stakeholders to establish clear goals and KPIs, and a regular cadence of reporting
● Manage, measure, and optimize performance of all marketing activities
● Develop marketing content and collateral to support campaigns and recruiting efforts (flyers, fact sheets, eBooks, etc.)
● Support current loan officers with marketing requests.
Do you have what were looking for?
● 2+ years experience with the listed Key Tasks
● Bachelors degree in Marketing or similar field
● Well-rounded digital marketing skill set, including writing and designing email campaigns and leveraging digital advertising and social media
platforms
● A great team player, enthusiastic and proactive
● Familiarity with Hubspot (preferred), or other CRM software
● Familiarity with Figma (preferred), or other design software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva
● Aptitude for technology and learning new systems
● Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel & PowerPoint or G Suite (Sheets and Slides).
- To lead the operational aspects of our marketing department. The goal of the department is to generate brand awareness and drive the interest & recruitment of qualified Loan Originators
- Prepare to dive into the mortgage industry and learn the ins and outs, while growing your professional skills.
