Job Details

Job Summary
  • Work closely with law firm management, department chairs, and attorneys of all levels
  • Manage practice group marketing materials including one-pagers and attorney bios
  • Moderate firm-wide Zoom meetings
  • Manage firm website content via WordPress including attorney bios, career page, etc.
  • Influence marketing strategies from concept to completion
  • Lead and support content creation and marketing campaigns
  • Create and distribute external client alerts via Constant Contact and internal firm-wide communication via Outlook
  • Strategize with the Marketing Manager to proactively develop fresh content for the firm’s various social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter
  • Monitor firm-wide usage of bit.ly tracking links for social and website
  • Partner with the Marketing Manager to increase effective marketing practices including web optimization and SEO
  • Design and maintain print and promotional materials for advertising, direct mail marketing, firm newsletters, alerts, firm brochures, practice descriptions, publications, and firm stationery, note cards, and other marketing collateral
  • Oversee the firm’s promotional product (SWAG) program

Job Qualifications
  • 1+ years of digital marketing and business development experience; Law Firm marketing experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree, Marketing concentration preferred; or commensurate experience
  • Ability to uphold the firm’s confidentiality policy
  • A strong familiarity with Massachusetts and the Boston business community
  • Excellent writing, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Strong team member who can handle a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage matters independently and proactively

Job Skills
  • WordPress
  • E-mail campaign software (e.g. Constant Contact, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)
  • Working knowledge of CRM software is a plus
  • Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Canva and InDesign preferred
