Job Details

Qualifications -

+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (Master’s preferred)
+ Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing professional services, with prior leadership/supervisory experience (AEC industry preferred)
+ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
+ Experience with graphic design and photography preferred
+ Familiarity with CRM software (Deltek Vantagepoint preferred)
+ Proficiency in WordPress and social media platforms
+ Excellent grammar, editing, and proofreading skills
+ Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
+ Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize competing tasks
+ Strong design sensibility and creative vision

Responsibilities -

+ Lead and supervise a team of marketing professionals
+ Collaborate with firm leadership and business development teams on project pursuits
+ Manage the full proposal lifecycle including strategy, writing, design, and deadline execution
+ Oversee brand consistency and ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all platforms
+ Create and manage content for internal and external communications, including website and social media
+ Produce graphics and coordinate photography for marketing collateral
+ Serve on internal committees and contribute to the firm's overall market positioning
