Marketing Manager
$70k-$80k base + Bonus

Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager to help shape the voice and brand of a collaborative, client-focused wealth management and tax accounting firm. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with firm goals
  • Partner with leadership and client service teams to understand needs and bring marketing plans to life
  • Ensure all communication reflects the firm’s voice, values, and standards of quality
  • Maintain and improve marketing materials while introducing new approaches
  • Plan and manage client and firm events, both in-person and virtual
  • Monitor and report results of marketing activities, including key metrics
  • Contribute to content creation for digital channels, thought leadership pieces, and the company website
  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners to extend marketing capabilities
  • Generate new ideas for delivering a client experience comparable to luxury brand standards

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of two years experience in professional marketing experience with financial services industry experience, OR 5 years of other industry professional marketing experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead projects to completion
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives
  • Creative mindset, attention to detail, and passion for delivering an outstanding client experience

Tools and Platforms (preferred experience)
  • Email marketing platforms (such as Constant Contact)
  • CRM systems (such as Salesforce)
  • Design and creative software (such as Adobe Suite)
  • Presentation tools (such as PowerPoint)
  • Virtual meeting platforms (such as Zoom)
