The ideal candidate will have the ability to think strategically, put a solid plan in place, and be willing to roll up their sleeves to help create the necessary elements.

Job Details
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field
· 3+ years of experience in marketing management, including experience leading a team of marketing professionals
· Ability to not only put a strategic plan in place, but also handle the development and execution of all of the necessary pieces of the marketing mix
· Excellent writing skills and ability to create industry-relevant content
· Strong strategic planning, budgeting, and execution skills
· Experience with digital marketing and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ad Words, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
· Strong leadership and team management skills
· Familiarity with industry trends, developments, and regulations
· Experience in creating and analyzing marketing metrics
· Experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on lead generation (preferred)
· Experience with managing a website (HTML) as well as e-Commerce (preferred)
