A bit about us:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our Accounting and Finance team. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to drive marketing strategies and initiatives within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's presence, increasing market penetration, and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan that enhances brand visibility, increases customer engagement, and promotes our services across various channels.

The range above does not include bonuses. There are bonuses, profit sharing, as well as commissions structured into this role. We are seeking a Marketing Manager who is able to generate more inbound leads through SEO and other methods, as well as creating different marketplaces to sell direct to consumer. There will be a percentage of commission given for inbound sales, as well as for marketplace sales. This is an ideal role for an entrepreneurial Marketing Manager!!

This position is hybrid-in the office 3 or 4 days/week.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Use data-driven insights to understand customer behaviors and preferences, and leverage these insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage the creation, delivery, and optimization of content across various platforms to engage our target audience and promote our services.
  • Work closely with the inside sales team to generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and marketing best practices, and incorporate these insights into our marketing strategy.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budget to maximize ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the Accounting and Finance industry.
  • Proven experience in content creation, inside sales, and other key marketing areas.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, concepts, and practices.
  • Proficient in using marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, content management systems, and data analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Self-starter with a high level of initiative and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Knowledge of the Accounting and Finance industry and its market dynamics and requirements is a plus.
