As we grow, we’re looking to elevate our brand, refresh our digital presence, and build a sustainable marketing engine. That’s where you come in.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced, self-driven Marketing Manager to lead our firm’s marketing strategy from the ground up. This is a hands-on, autonomous role ideal for someone who thrives with ownership and has a track record of building effective marketing strategies, launching websites, and implementing new tools and systems. You will play a key role in shaping our voice, enhancing our online presence, and building a scalable marketing infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with firm growth goals.

Overhaul and manage the firm’s website (content, layout, SEO, UX).

Evaluate, select, and implement a new marketing database or CRM platform.

Revamp and manage all social media accounts with a consistent, brand-aligned presence.

Create and manage content marketing efforts (blogs, newsletters, campaigns).

Collaborate with firm leadership to identify target audiences and craft tailored messaging.

Oversee digital advertising, email campaigns, and inbound lead strategies.

Track and report on KPIs to measure ROI and optimize ongoing efforts.

Coordinate with external vendors (graphic designers, developers, etc.) as needed.

Requirements

7+ years of marketing experience, ideally in professional services (CPA, legal, consulting, or similar).

Proven experience building or revamping websites (platform selection, structure, and content).

Strong understanding of marketing automation tools, databases, and CRMs.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies independently.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Self-starter with a hands-on, get-it-done mindset.

Ability to balance strategy with execution—you're comfortable leading and doing.

Preferred:

Experience in the accounting, financial services, or B2B services space.

Familiarity with platforms like WordPress, HubSpot, Constant Contact, or similar.
