We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Marketing Operations & Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). This role is pivotal in driving the strategic vision of our marketing operations and delivering operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the marketing operations, technology, process design, project management, cross-functional leadership, and operational transformations. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our growth and success by optimizing our marketing operations and driving strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development and implementation of the strategic vision for marketing operations, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
2. Manage and optimize marketing technology stack, ensuring it is leveraged to its full potential to drive business growth.
3. Design and implement efficient processes that enhance performance, productivity, and customer experience.
4. Lead cross-functional teams to execute on strategic initiatives, fostering collaboration and driving alignment across the organization.
5. Oversee project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
6. Drive operational transformations, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
7. Collaborate with key stakeholders to align on strategic initiatives, ensuring a unified approach to achieving business objectives.
8. Develop and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA) is preferred.
2. 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, technology, process design, project management, cross-functional leadership, and operational transformations.
3. Proven track record of driving operational excellence and delivering on strategic initiatives.
4. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
5. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines.
6. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and act tactically.
7. Strong understanding of the financial industry, with a keen awareness of industry trends and challenges.
8. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
9. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders, fostering a culture of teamwork and mutual respect.
10. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision making and strategic planning.
