You will play a vital role in building relationships and promoting home health care services to your local communities. By forging connections with key healthcare providers and referral sources, you'll help increase awareness of our agency as the go-to provider for home health care.
Compensation structure: $50K-$70K Base Salary + Bonus up to $10K

Primary Duties:
- Build marketing strategies targeted at decision-makers in Medical Facilities, Medicaid aligned programs, and non-profit communities, including Outpatient Care facilities, hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and other community partners (i.e. Alzheimer's Association, Autism Society).
- Manage the agency's digital presence, including social media platforms, website content, and email marketing campaigns
- Promote our services and increase awareness of our agency as the preferred home health provider in the area.
- Identify and build relationships with key community partners including case managers, tribal leaders, care facilities and advocacy groups.
- Partner with Sales/Community Outreach field representatives, to ensure they are aligned with the right marketing resources for email, online, and in-person demonstrations.
- Create and deliver engaging marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters and swag to align with marketing strategy.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives to inform future efforts.
- Stay updated on trends in healthcare marketing and community engagement to bring innovative ideas to the table.
Job Details
The Marketing and Community Engagement Specialist will work closely with the executive leadership team to drive sustainable and community-focused client growth. This role will develop and drive a marketing strategy grounded in culturally competent care, execute events in partnership with regional and branch leaders, manage the marketing budget, collect data, and monitor campaign efficacy.

- Associate's or BA Degree from an accredited University and/or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience in in Marketing, client engagement or related.
- Confidence in being able to self source for applicable leads (with the help of the CEO & VP), cold call on the phone and in person, and send effective business development emails.
- Experience with Salesforce, and building campaigns in collaboration with the sales teams.
- Digital skills (Adobe Creative suite, AI Platforms, MS Office/PowerPoint, or similar).
- Basic Web/SEO skills are nice to have!
- Willingness to travel locally to our offices within the Minneapolis, MN area 5 days per week.
