Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Mass Tort Attorney to join our legal team, focusing on wildfire-related litigation. This role offers an opportunity to represent clients in high-stakes cases, including negligence, property damage, and mass tort lawsuits.

Responsibilities:
Represent clients in wildfire cases, handling claims related to negligence, property damage, and mass tort litigation.
Manage all phases of litigation, including investigations, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and post-trial proceedings.
Collaborate with expert witnesses, investigators, and professionals to build strong, compelling cases.
Draft and review legal documents such as complaints, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
Stay current on wildfire-related laws and regulations, including environmental legislation, fire safety standards, and insurance laws.
Oversee all aspects of a mass tort docket, ensuring cases progress efficiently.
Assist clients with insurance claims and related legal processes.
Analyze medical records to support case strategies.

Qualifications:
Experience in mass tort and fire-related claims is required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in mass tort litigation.
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
Admission to any State Bar in the United States.
Open to candidates seeking remote or hybrid work, depending on location.
