We’re looking for a highly organized and driven Materials Manager to lead and optimize all material-related operations across inbound, outbound, and internal logistics. This role plays a key part in keeping our production lines running smoothly by ensuring materials are where they need to be—on time, every time. You’ll work closely with purchasing, production, and warehouse teams to streamline material flow and support on-time delivery for both manufacturing and shipping.

Team Leadership:
- Take ownership of all material movements—planning, organizing, and managing the flow of raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility.
- Drive warehouse strategy, including layout planning, material storage, and inventory movement to support production and shipping needs.
- Partner with purchasing to align on incoming deliveries and ensure warehouse readiness to receive and process materials efficiently.
- Lead daily cross-functional meetings to align on material needs, prioritize tasks, and support operational goals.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve accuracy, efficiency, and overall warehouse performance.
- Track and report key metrics to measure material availability, movement efficiency, and inventory accuracy.
- Lead and grow a team of 3–4 inventory control professionals, providing coaching and guidance to foster continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in materials management, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
- Proven leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to drive change and build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Strong decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills, especially in fast-paced or deadline-driven environments.
- Comfortable with metrics and reporting, and capable of analyzing data to support operational improvements.
- (Preferred) Experience implementing Lean practices such as Kaizen, Kanban, 5S, Six Sigma, and 5 Why.
- (Preferred) Track record in developing SOPs and leading change initiatives.
Education & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Team Leadership:
- Directly supervise a team of 3–4 inventory control professionals.
