We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing mechanical systems, components, and materials for our construction projects. You will work closely with the project team to ensure that all mechanical designs are aligned with project specifications, standards, and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and materials for construction projects using SolidWorks.
- Analyze project requirements, specifications, and standards to ensure that all mechanical designs meet project needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement mechanical solutions that are efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the viability of proposed mechanical designs.
- Create detailed technical drawings, schematics, and diagrams for mechanical systems and components.
- Test and evaluate prototypes and final products to ensure that they meet project specifications and standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the project team and other stakeholders on mechanical design issues.
- Participate in project meetings, reviews, and presentations to provide updates on mechanical design progress and issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical design.
- Proficient in SolidWorks or equivalent software.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical principles, materials, and components.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
