Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and design mechanical components and systems, focusing on automation, using SolidWorks.
2. Collaborate with the engineering team to conceptualize, develop, and implement automated systems.
3. Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative automation solutions.
4. Create detailed mechanical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
5. Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses of proposed automation projects.
6. Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
7. Validate designs with rigorous testing, troubleshooting, and analysis.
8. Ensure all designs and systems comply with safety and quality standards.
9. Keep abreast of advancements in automation and robotics technology.
10. Provide technical support and guidance to the engineering team.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical design, with a focus on automation.
3. Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
4. Extensive knowledge of automation and robotics technology.
5. Strong understanding of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and engineering principles.
6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate complex ideas clearly.
8. Familiarity with quality and safety standards in the engineering industry.
9. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
