We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer with a specialty in HVAC and Plumbing to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects within the commercial, healthcare, and educational sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with a specific focus on HVAC and plumbing design. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is also a must.

Responsibilities:

As a Mechanical Engineer specializing in HVAC and Plumbing, your tasks will include but not be limited to:

1. Designing and implementing HVAC and plumbing systems for various types of buildings, including commercial, healthcare, and educational facilities.

2. Creating detailed design drawings and specifications using AutoCAD.

3. Collaborating with architects, other engineers, and construction project managers to ensure the successful execution of projects.

4. Conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

5. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to HVAC and plumbing systems.

6. Providing technical advice to clients and team members.

7. Keeping up-to-date with the latest HVAC and plumbing technologies, standards, and best practices.

8. Participating in project meetings and presenting design proposals and progress reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on HVAC and plumbing design.

3. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

4. Experience in designing HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial, healthcare, or educational facilities.

5. Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems, materials, and design standards.

6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

7. Strong communication and presentation skills.

8. The ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

9. A professional engineering (PE) license is a plus.

10. Willingness to travel to different project sites as needed.
