Mechanical Engineer - (MEP / Design-Build Consulting Engineers) - Immediate Need
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with Government Project experience, ideally with US State Department, US Embassies, and Institutional Buildings.

- Senior to Mid-Level Opportunities Available
- 4-6+ years of Mechanical/HVAC Systems Design experience, Perform Calculations, select equipment, and design systems (HVAC Systems, EM&CS Systems, Plumbing Systems, Fire Protection Systems)
- BS in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET Accredited University.
- This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
- EIT or PE License Preferred
- Ability to obtain Security Clearance Required
- Proficient in AutoCAD or Revit Software
- Able to Generate As-Built Drawings, Review Shop Drawings, Prepare project specifications and assist engineers and drafters in completing accurate designs.
- Respond to RFI’s, Provide feedback to Project Managers on client problems and needs.
- Conduct surveys of existing conditions and Final Inspection surveys
- Assist with Due Diligence Reports and Quality Control
- LEED AP or LEED GA Preferred, Not Required
