We are looking for a talented Sr. Mechanical Engineer, PE to join our team in the Dallas area.
Responsibilities:
You'll be designing mechanical systems for highly integrated facilities. Perform load calculations, static pressure calculations, pump head calculations, energy analysis, etc....
The ME will develop mechanical specifications, AutoCAD and 3D BIM modeling of systems, mechanical equipment schedules, and more.
You will be expected to work independently with minor guidance on small projects or assist more senior engineers on larger projects.
You might work on field investigation and mechanical inspection for projects.
As required, the Mechanical PE is expected to work with others, with the team, or outside of the team to complete mechanical system designs for more complex projects.

Education/Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering with HVAC- related emphasis
- 5 + years experience with mechanical system design for healthcare, education, science and technology, and federal
- Experience in HVAC and plumbing system design
- Experience with the latest version of AutoCAD-MEP, and REVIT
- Solid knowledge of Mechanical / Plumbing trades, building codes, and drawings / documents
- Detailed knowledge of equipment from various manufacturers and the ability to make proper selections independently
- Ability to independently perform plumbing, piping, fire suppression hydraulic calculations to support the design and estimate construction costs and evaluate the feasibility of
- Certified Plumbing Designer Preferred.
