A bit about us:

From healthcare to hospitality and corporate to residential, we think of buildings as living spaces, and design systems that enhance the quality of life for those inside. Our solutions are not the cheapest or the most trendy – just the best at a reasonable cost. Designing today with tomorrow in mind, List has helped global leaders like Whole Foods, Granite Construction, and McGraw-Hill to evolve and integrate their goals with people and the planet as well as with prosperity. Part of our character is the willingness to go the extra mile until problems are solved to clients’ satisfaction. In other words, our relationship with you must always be among the remarkable results we deliver.

We think that great systems reach beyond basic efficiency to human experiences. How will the environments we create help people to work, learn and function at their best? How will sunlight affect workspaces? What sounds will they hear? Is there comfortable air flow? Discovering the answers is what informs our intuition and allows us to deliver the reliably innovative results we’re known for.

Bringing great systems to life requires more than creativity. It requires a dynamic cross-current of knowledge, ideas and insights with the right mix of talent. Our core philosophy is simple. We’ve found that that what’s good for people is always good for business. It’s a philosophy that has shaped us from the beginning, and continues to lead us and our clients to success.
