Responsibilities:
What you need for this position:
- Design and develop mechanical systems using Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit BIM.
- Lead project management initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders, setting project timelines, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.
- Oversee construction administration, liaising between construction teams and project stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Apply knowledge of sustainable design principles to all projects, promoting energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers, architects, and designers to create innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
- Continually update knowledge and skills in line with industry advancements and emerging technologies.
What you need for this position:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical system design.
- Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit BIM.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and construction administration.
- Strong knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Certification or licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) is preferred.
