This position will play a key role in product design, engineering support, manufacturing improvements, and continuous product development. Job Details

Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and custom product solutions.
Create and maintain engineering drawings, bills of materials, and technical documentation.
Support new product development efforts from concept through production.
Work closely with manufacturing teams to improve product quality, manufacturability, and efficiency.
Analyze product performance and troubleshoot design-related issues.
Assist with engineering change management and product revisions.
Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to define technical requirements and specifications.
Participate in prototype development, testing, validation, and product qualification activities.
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, quality enhancement, and process optimization.
Ensure designs comply with applicable industry standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
3+ years of mechanical design or manufacturing engineering experience preferred.
Proficiency with CAD software such as SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD, or similar platforms.
Experience creating detailed engineering drawings and technical documentation.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and develop practical solutions.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Experience in precision manufacturing, industrial products, transportation, defense, or marine industries is a plus.
