Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies using CAD software (SolidWorks required).
Create detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and 3D models.
Conduct simulations and analyses to validate designs (e.g., FEA, CFD).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Perform design reviews and recommend improvements for manufacturability and cost-efficiency.
Prepare documentation including BOMs, test procedures, and technical reports.
Provide support during the manufacturing and assembly processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience in mechanical design and development.
Proficiency in SolidWorks and other CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, CATIA).
Experience with FEA and CFD analysis tools is a plus.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g., CNC, injection molding).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
