Job Details

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will drive the development of innovative products from concept through production, blending engineering expertise with design thinking. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including industrial design, electrical engineering, manufacturing, and quality—to ensure products are not only functional and reliable, but also user-friendly and market-ready.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of new products, from concept sketches and CAD models to prototypes and production-ready components.
  • Create detailed 3D models, engineering drawings, and specifications that comply with industry standards and support efficient manufacturing.
  • Conduct design validation through simulations, prototyping, and testing to ensure performance, safety, and compliance.
  • Partner with suppliers and manufacturing teams to optimize designs for cost, scalability, and quality.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing existing designs and implementing enhancements for performance and user experience.
  • Stay current with emerging materials, processes, and technologies to bring innovation into product development.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in design engineering
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks preferred, Creo, or Inventor).
  • Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing methods (injection molding, die casting, machining, 3D printing), and GD&T principles.
  • Hands-on prototyping and testing experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to balance technical, cost, and user considerations.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across disciplines.
