Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Perform job site visits – pre-design field work, pre-construction, during construction and final inspection.
- Perform mechanical calculations, provide code research and design HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Prepare construction drawings using Revit.
- Work and collaborate with the entire design team of architects and engineers
Requirements:
- Bachaelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience within HVAC/Mechanical Construction (commercial/industrial) including Chilled Beam, radiant panels, air and water heat pumps, etc.
- Knowledge of plumbing
- Revit experience
