We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to oversee the maintenance and improvement of our manufacturing equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, machine design, and a deep understanding of CAD software and solidworks. This role requires an individual who can manage a team, ensure the smooth operation of our machinery, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Oversee the maintenance and repair of all manufacturing equipment, including conveyors, motors, forklifts, and machinery.
2. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and lifespan.
3. Utilize CAD software and solidworks for machine design and improvements.
4. Conduct mechanical testing and interpret engineering drawings to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
5. Manage and troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLC systems.
6. Carry out hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance and repairs.
7. Perform electrical troubleshooting to resolve issues in a timely manner.
8. Use CMMS for maintenance scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting.
9. Perform welding tasks, including MIG and TIG, as needed.
10. Supervise extrusion processes and handle any related equipment issues.
11. Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing training and guidance as necessary.
12. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role within the industrial manufacturing industry.
2. Proficiency in CAD software and solidworks.
3. Extensive experience with mechanical testing and machine design.
4. The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
5. Experience with Allen Bradley PLC systems.
6. Hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance experience.
7. Knowledge and experience in preventative maintenance programs.
8. Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting.
9. Experience using CMMS for maintenance management.
10. Welding skills, including MIG and TIG.
11. Experience in extrusion processes.
12. A strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures in the manufacturing industry.
13. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
