We are seeking a skilled Plumbing and Mechanical Engineering Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the design and development of plumbing and mechanical systems for a variety of projects, such as commercial buildings, residential complexes, and industrial facilities.

- Code Compliance: Stay up-to-date with local and national building codes and regulations, ensuring that all designs meet the necessary standards and requirements.
- Material Selection: Choose appropriate materials and equipment for plumbing and mechanical systems, considering factors such as cost, efficiency, and sustainability.
- System Optimization: Utilize engineering principles and computer-aided design (CAD) software to optimize system layouts for maximum performance and energy efficiency.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution, addressing any design-related issues or modifications as they arise.
- Quality Assurance: Perform thorough quality checks and reviews of design work to eliminate errors and discrepancies in the final plans.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Professional licensure as a Mechanical Engineer or Plumbing Designer, where applicable.
- Proficiency in CAD software and design tools.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing and mechanical systems, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
