Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed inspections of mechanical systems, components, and materials to ensure compliance with established specifications and standards.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments and specialized inspection equipment to measure dimensions of products to verify conformance to specifications.
- Interpret and analyze blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and guidelines.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to address and resolve quality issues.
- Prepare, maintain, and present inspection reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with international standards such as IATF, ASQ, and AS9100.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
- Adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
Job Details
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a mechanical inspection role within the manufacturing industry.
- Proficient knowledge of mechanical systems, components, and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with international standards such as IATF, ASQ, and AS9100.
- Proficient in the use of precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
