We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our team in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of mechanical projects, from conception to completion, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of mechanical projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Coordinate with other project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage the procurement of equipment, materials, and services required for the project.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
• Ensure that all projects are completed to the highest quality standards, and that all work is performed in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage the fabrication and installation of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Coordinate with other trades, including MEP, fire, demolition, concrete, steel, and structural steel, to ensure that all work is properly integrated.
• Ensure that all projects comply with LEED and other sustainability requirements.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical project management in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Experience with project management software, including MS Office and scheduling software.
• Experience with fabrication and installation of mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of MEP, fire, demolition, concrete, steel, and structural steel.
• Familiarity with LEED and other sustainability requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
