We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mechanical Solutions Engineer/Application Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Tooling industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing innovative mechanical solutions to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering and inside sales.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
• Develop and implement mechanical solutions that improve manufacturing processes and increase efficiency.
• Provide technical support to customers, sales teams, and other departments as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and other sales-related documents.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products and services.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical solutions engineering, or a related field.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of mechanical engineering principles.
• Experience with metal products and tools used in manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
