Job Details
Our ideal candidate must have mechanical or pipe experience in a self-perform industrial and/or plant environment and will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring budgets and timelines for timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage field teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure project milestones are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Promote and enforce a safety-first culture (OSHA/MSHA compliance).
- Plan, schedule, and allocate resources effectively.
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and address potential overruns.
- Maintain quality standards and resolve on-site challenges.
- Document and report project progress and changes.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in mechanical construction for industrial mechanical and piping projects
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and schedule adherence
- Experience: 7+ years in heavy industrial mechanical construction, 3+ years in a supervisory role.
- Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
- Certifications: OSHA 30 and MSHA preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and familiarity with construction tools, methods, and software (MS Office, Bluebeam).
- Travel: Willing to relocate or work at remote project sites.
