We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Med Surg RN to join our dynamic team in the Medical industry. As a Permanent Med Surg RN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, monitoring vitals, keeping records, and ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert care to patients in the Med Surg unit
• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen saturation
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatments
• Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times
• Keep accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements
1+ year of RN experience (preferably acute care),
TX license is a plus (unencumbered license)

Schedules
Most schedules are 3 12 hour shifts, days/nights
