Job Details
Medicaid Enrollment Specialist:
The Lead Enrollment Specialist will be responsible for working with patients and family members to educate them on unique insurance options. The ideal candidate will be a confident and outgoing individual with exceptional communication skills. The Enrollment Specialist will work closely with hospital personnel and patients to collect necessary information, explaining program guidelines, review costs and coverage, and facilitate the enrollment process.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree preferred
* Prefer 3 or more years patient-facing work experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
* Prefer experience with Medicaid Eligibility, Hospital Registration, Financial Counseling, Admissions, or related experience
* Exceptional interpersonal skills both written and verbal
* BIlingual Spanish required
