We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, with an emphasis on efficiency and accuracy. This role requires a high level of professionalism, as you will be working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care is provided. You will be expected to leverage your expertise in exam room preparation and supply maintenance to improve patient experiences and outcomes. Responsibilities:

1. Prepare examination rooms for patient visits, including cleaning, sterilizing, and stocking all necessary medical supplies and equipment.
2. Assist physicians during medical examinations, procedures, and treatments, ensuring patient comfort and safety at all times.
3. Maintain an organized and efficient system for inventory management, ensuring all medical supplies and equipment are in stock and ready for use.
4. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement strategies for improving patient care and satisfaction.
5. Accurately record patient information, including medical histories, vital signs, and test results, in the electronic medical record system.
6. Provide education and support to patients, answering questions regarding their medical condition, treatment plan, and overall health.
7. Adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards, maintaining patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar role within a healthcare setting.
2. Certification from an accredited Medical Assisting Program is required.
3. Proficiency in exam room preparation and supply maintenance.
4. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills.
5. Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and other healthcare technology.
6. Ability to handle a high-stress environment and make decisions under pressure.
7. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
8. Strong commitment to patient care and privacy guidelines.
9. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and tasks efficiently.
10. Current CPR certification.
