Responsibilities

As a Consulting Scanning Clerk, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Scanning and digitizing all financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
2. Managing and organizing digital and physical financial documents for easy retrieval and reference.
3. Performing accurate data entry tasks to record financial transactions into our database.
4. Reviewing scanned documents to ensure clarity and readability, rescan if necessary.
5. Collaborating with the accounting team to ensure all financial documents are accounted for and accurately recorded.
6. Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
7. Maintaining strict confidentiality of all financial documents and information.
8. Complying with all company policies and regulations, as well as any applicable laws and regulations.
9. Participating in special projects and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Consulting Scanning Clerk role should possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
2. Proven experience in data entry, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
3. Proficient in using scanning equipment and related software.
4. Excellent knowledge of document management and filing systems.
5. Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
6. Familiarity with accounting software and databases is a plus.
7. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
9. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
10. High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
