Job Details

Our client is seeking a qualified Medical Coordinator to join their team.

Responsibilities

Follows up with potential client after the initial screening has been completed.
Ensures all information from the sign up packet is correct and matches information on file.
Updates case assignment for applicable case types.
Obtains appropriate facility information necessary for legal staff to retrieve medical records.
Ensures all of the appropriate documents are completed and ready for the legal staff to handle.
Schedules medical appointments for injured clients. Follows up regarding treatment.

Qualification
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Bachelors degree preferred
Bilingual- Spanish
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
The ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections, while exhibiting excellent listening skills. The willingness and ability to learn about new products and drugs and other important information pertaining to cases.
Highly organized.
Strong work ethic and a self-starter, ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within fast-paced call center.
Strong customer service skills.
Critical/Analytical thinker.
