Job Details
Responsibilities:
Leadership: Provide clinical leadership and direction to the veterinary team, ensuring high standards of care and client service.
Medical Excellence: Oversee and manage the medical operations, including diagnostics, treatment plans, and surgical procedures.
Mentorship: Mentor and develop veterinarians and support staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
Operations: Collaborate with clinic management to streamline operations, improve efficiencies, and achieve business goals.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all veterinary medical, legal, and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid California veterinary license.
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in small animal practice.
Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Passion for providing high-quality veterinary care and building client relationships.
