Medical Equipment Planner

We collaborate with healthcare providers, general contractors, and architects to ensure the medical equipment portion of the scope is executed flawlessly. Each member of our leadership team has decades of experience along with strong relationships throughout the healthcare industry.

Competitive compensation: $80k - $120k+ (DOE)

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in healthcare construction projects, preferably with medical equipment procurement / installment
• Knowledge of healthcare industry/processes - contracts, ordering materials, project scheduling/budgeting, cost tracking, etc...
• Procurement and supply chain management experience
• Capability to work with clients and manage field personnel

Day-to-day:

• Plan and execute medical equipment procurement and installation projects
• Document control - RFIs, RFQs, POs, change orders, project tracking, etc..
• Work with construction and design teams to ensure equipment layout
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure equipment specifications, inventory, shipping / lead times, and pricing
