Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal support and advice to clients who have suffered as a result of medical malpractice.
  • Conduct thorough research to gather all necessary information and evidence for each case.
  • Represent clients in mediations and arbitrations, presenting compelling arguments to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, expert disclosures, and motions.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals and experts to understand the medical aspects of the case and build a strong, fact-based argument.
  • Develop effective case strategies based on thorough analysis and interpretation of laws, rulings, and regulations.
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments in medical malpractice law to ensure the provision of accurate and up-to-date advice to clients.
  • Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics at all times.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in medical malpractice law.
  • Demonstrated experience in mediations, arbitrations, and legal research.
  • Admission to the state bar.
  • Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical ability and exceptional attention to detail.
  • High level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
