Job Details

We are seeking skilled Medical Malpractice Defense Attorneys with a strong background in defending hospitals, physicians, and healthcare professionals in complex litigation.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Licensure: Admission to the New York State Bar
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Medical Malpractice and/or Insurance Defense litigation experience.
  • Other relevant experience includes general liability matters inclusive of slip and fall, premises liability, labor law, and construction defect.
  • Bonus Experience: 1st or 2nd chair trial experience
