We’re looking for driven, experienced attorneys with a strong background in insurance defense and general liability litigation, including medical malpractice, personal injury, and labor law matters. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team, take on a high-impact role, and help shape the launch and development of our Long Island office.

We’re looking for driven, experienced attorneys with a strong background in insurance defense and general liability litigation, including medical malpractice, personal injury, and labor law matters. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a full caseload of complex insurance defense matters from inception through trial
- Conduct depositions, mediations, court conferences, and oral arguments
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
- Communicate directly with clients including hospitals, physicians, and insurance carriers
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on trial strategy and case development
- Potential to help lead and grow the Long Island office
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Bar admission in New York; New Jersey admission is a plus
- 4+ years of litigation experience (Senior Associate to Partner level)
- Experience in malpractice, general liability, or related insurance defense litigation
- Strong litigation skills, including court appearances and motion practice
- Long Island residency and interest in a hybrid schedule with local office presence
