Job Details:
We are seeking Medical Malpractice Defense Attorneys to join our offices in Manhattan & Long Island. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical malpractice defense, general liability defense litigation, and personal injury defense litigation.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Licensure: Admission to the New York State Bar. . . New Jersey would be a plus
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience, with a strong preference for medical malpractice defense.
  • Bonus Experience: general liability matters inclusive of slip and fall, premises liability, labor law, and construction defect.
  • Bonus Experience: 1st or 2nd chair trial experience
