Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in patients while providing excellent customer service
  • Answer and route incoming calls professionally
  • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments
  • Verify insurance information and update patient records
  • Collect and process patient paperwork and documentation
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records and patient information
  • Coordinate with providers and clinical staff regarding scheduling and patient needs
  • Perform additional administrative and front desk duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Minimum of 1 year of Medical Receptionist experience within a medical setting required
  • Experience in an orthopaedic, specialty practice, or healthcare office preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
  • Experience with EMR systems preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and professionalism
