Job Details

Residency Program Coordinator:

* Mon-Fri, Days
* Hybrid
* Full Benefits

The Residency Program Coordinator will work closely with the Medical Student Director and Residency Administrator to manage all medical student residency activities including collecting data required for ACGME accreditation, student rotations, approvals from Institutional Review Boards, grant proposals, scholarly activities, program evaluations and more.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree required
* Candidates must have 3 or more years administrative experience
* Experience in an educational setting managing medical students, residency activities, collecting data, grant writing, evaluating or assisting with manuscripts, etc.
* Strong attention to detail
* Highly organized, able to prioritize and multi-task
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication
* Bilingual Spanish preferred
