A bit about us:
We are a fast-growing Infusion Suites company providing therapeutic, intravenous infusions to outpatients. Infusions include biological medications, intravenous immunoglobulin, blood products, and antibiotic therapy. We’ve grown from 4 infusion suites to 9 in the past year and anticipate growing at a similar pace in 2025. Our 9 locations are in located throughout LA, OC, Riverside, and San Diego. We just opened our first Infusion Suite in Arizona and are continuing to expand throughout the Southwest area of the United States!
***This is a part-time position working 8 hour shifts per week. (24 hours per week)***

Procurement and Sourcing:
- Source and procure infusion therapy medications, medical devices, and necessary equipment for multiple infusion centers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with trusted vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective supply chain operations.
- Negotiate favorable pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to maximize cost savings.
- Ensure all supplies meet FDA regulations, HIPAA standards, and other healthcare compliance guidelines.
Inventory Management:
- Manage inventory levels to ensure appropriate stock is available at all infusion centers without overstocking or creating excess waste.
- Monitor product usage trends to anticipate supply needs and forecast demand.
- Implement inventory tracking systems to maintain accurate records of stock levels, expiration dates, and order histories.
- Coordinate with clinical teams to identify critical inventory needs and specialty medication requirements.
Vendor and Supplier Relations:
- Identify and evaluate new suppliers to ensure product quality, competitive pricing, and reliability.
- Build long-term partnerships with key vendors and suppliers to support continuous improvement in procurement processes.
- Address and resolve issues with vendors related to shipment errors, delays, or product quality concerns.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of purchase orders, supplier contracts, and invoices to ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
- Manage product recall procedures by coordinating with vendors and clinical staff to ensure prompt resolution and minimal disruption to patient care.
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to relevant regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, DEA, OSHA) and internal company policies.
Budget and Cost Management:
- Monitor and manage the medical supply budget to ensure cost efficiency and minimize waste.
- Analyze procurement trends to identify potential cost savings without compromising product quality or patient care.
- Prepare financial reports and cost analysis to support decision-making by leadership.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with nursing staff, pharmacists, and clinic managers to understand supply needs and ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the regional sales team to align procurement activities with clinical growth strategies and operational goals.
- Provide training to clinic staff on proper inventory procedures and documentation practices.
