We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MEP Engineer to join our team. As a MEP Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for federal and commercial projects. You must have experience with Revit, AutoCAD, load calculations, federal projects, and commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design and manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for federal and commercial projects
• Create and review construction documents, including plans, specifications, and cost estimates
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure project success
• Conduct load calculations and energy analysis to optimize system performance and efficiency
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and standards
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in MEP engineering for federal and commercial projects
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong knowledge of load calculations and energy analysis
• Familiarity with federal and commercial project requirements and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
