Job Details
Lead the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEP/FP) engineering efforts on complex institutional projects, ensuring technical excellence and design integration.
Provide mentorship and guidance to engineering teams and project managers, fostering professional development and technical rigor.
Cultivate and strengthen long-term client relationships through consistent, high-quality project delivery and strategic partnership.
Oversee the full project lifecycle—including design, construction administration, and quality assurance—to ensure performance and compliance.
Support business strategy, team development, and operational improvements to drive growth and efficiency.
Promote innovation, sustainable practices, and the adoption of emerging technologies in engineering solutions.
Required Knowledge & Experience:
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
10+ years of progressive experience in MEP/FP engineering design, with demonstrated leadership in project delivery.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex, high-performance projects from concept through completion.
Deep knowledge of building codes, with specialized expertise in healthcare and laboratory facility design.
Proficient in Revit, BIM workflows, and a range of engineering analysis tools.
Strong communication, client-facing, and business development capabilities.
