Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
+ 5–7 years’ proven experience managing commercial MEP or mechanical construction projects.
+ Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and process piping systems.
+ Experience with design-build, design-assist, prefabrication, and lean construction methods.
+ Proficiency with VDC/BIM platforms and project management software.
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
+ PMP or PE designation preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
+ Manage all phases of project delivery, from preconstruction through closeout.
+ Coordinate with engineering, estimating, prefabrication, sub-trades, and field teams.
+ Drive a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with all standards and protocols.
+ Implement lean construction practices and leverage VDC/BIM tools for project efficiency.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
+ Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
+ Mentor and develop project teams while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
