Job Details

Job Description:

* Serve as the primary field leader for all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems on large-scale healthcare projects
* Coordinate daily with trade partners, project superintendents, and engineers to manage installation, sequencing, and inspections
* Ensure compliance with plans, specs, healthcare regulations (e.g., OSHPD/HCAI), and code requirements
* Lead MEP preconstruction planning, participate in constructability reviews, and support BIM coordination efforts
* Track progress, QA/QC, and commissioning activities for MEP systems
* Collaborate with project management on schedule updates, procurement coordination, and issue resolution
* Conduct daily site walks and manage punch lists, testing, and final turnover procedures related to MEP

**Qualifications:

* 5+ years of MEP field supervision experience, preferably with a commercial GC or MEP contractor
* Strong background in healthcare construction or other MEP-intensive projects
* Deep understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, code requirements, and safety standards
* Ability to interpret drawings, coordinate with BIM teams, and manage installation phasing
* Strong communication and leadership skills in high-pressure environments
* Must reside in Billings, MT or be willing to relocate
* Experience with commissioning and startup of critical building systems preferred
